Cindy Sigler, Ph.D., is a scientist in flavor and fragrance research with a strong foundation in analytical chemistry. She characterized floral fragrance pathways during her graduate studies and has four years of industry experience. At Impossible Foods, she developed innovative flavor technologies for plant-based beef. Currently, at NotCo, Cindy works with flavor models to enhance the AI system, optimizing plant-based products to minimize the gap between them and their animal-based equivalents
